Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical gear items sold by Powershoulder (grip tape, visibility bands, chalk containers, and similar accessories). Digital community resources on the website are not sold as products.

Right to cancel (UK consumers)

If you purchased online as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

How to start a return

Email help@powershoulder.world with your order reference, item name, and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and instructions within two business days.

Condition of items

Items should be unused, in original packaging where possible, and include any labels. We may refuse a refund if goods show signs of use beyond inspection or are damaged after delivery through misuse.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for return postage costs. Use a tracked service and keep proof of posting.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order is returned due to our error or a fault.

Faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase if stock is available. Contact us before sending items.
