15-minute agility circuit at Downtown Plaza stairs

Warm up on flat ground, then alternate step-ups and lateral hops for five-minute blocks. Rest one minute between blocks. Finish with a slow walk cooldown on the boardwalk.

Before You Start

Review the Street Conditions Radar for traction and access hours. Bring water and wear footwear suited to concrete surfaces.

  • Check spot heat level to train alongside others if preferred
  • Stop if surfaces are wet and traction feels low
  • Respect public space rules and pedestrian flow
